VSH-300 Aluminum Pedestrian Hatch Dual Leaf

Versa-Hatch’s Sidewalk & Floor Hatch is designed and built for use in exterior and interior applications where water-tightness is not a necessity. The anti-corrosive materials, optional bulb gasket seal and the bituminous coating around the outside of the frame help the hatch perform well in most corrosive environments.

A positive locking hold-open arm locks the hatch open at a 90° angle to provide safe ingress and egress. An optional lift-assist gas spring eases entry. The heavy-duty materials, locking slam latch and recessed hinges work together to keep the system secure. A seated, flush mounted threaded plug protects the slam latch keyway.

All hardware is fabricated from Type 316 stainless steel for maximum durability.
