~ History ~

The building was fabricated for Eli Lilly in 2004 for a production facility in Manassas, VA. After the footings were poured the project was cancelled and instead of a campus the project is now being constructed as one stand alone building.

~ F.O.B ~

The structural steel for this building is currently located at our Henderson, Colorado storage facility. Optional decking is currently stored in West Greenwich, RI.

~ Details ~
This building was called the Central Utility Plant (CUP) Building. The footprint is approximately 125'x300' and the height is approximately 35'. Additionally, this building has a "Penthouse" that is 25'x50' The top of the penthouse is approximately 52' from ground level. The building is mostly complete with columns, x braces and roof beams. Missing are 13 columns and a few x braces and a few floor beams. We are including similar beams from an adjacent building that can be substituted for the missing beams by doing a little fabricating. We have all of the shop drawings so the missing beams could be fabricated by a prospective buyer. The columns are on 25' centers each way. There are no intermediate floors in the building just a mezzanine about half way up that covers part of the building.

From the floor to the ceiling it is approximately 35'. The erection drawings are included here along with a site plan that shows all of the buildings in the planned campus and the sequence descriptions. All of the shop drawings for the steel are available in PDF next to the inventory table.
